Welcome to NeuroPDF. By installing our Chrome Extension or utilizing our document translation website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NeuroPDF, you indicate your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must immediately terminate use of our browser extensions and web readers.

2. License & Intellectual Property

NeuroPDF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the translation software strictly in accordance with these terms. All software layouts, branding, proprietary coordinate mapping engines, and logos are the intellectual property of NeuroPDF.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our translation gateway. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or intercept API calls to our backend.
• Inundate our endpoints with automated requests or scrapers (denial of service).
• Use the translation system to process illegal or protected content under copyright laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeuroPDF provides its translation overlay services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our OpenRouter API backend routes through advanced neural models (GPT-4o-mini, Gemini 1.5 Flash), we do not warrant that translations will be 100% accurate, error-free, or meet specific SLA metrics for commercial filings.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeuroPDF or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the extension.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted directly to this URL. Continued use of our translation tools constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
